The Jafurah Seawater Desalination Project (JFDP) supports Saudi Aramco’s ambitious Jafurah Gas Development Program by providing a reliable supply of treated seawater for gas compression and processing facilities. With power integration from multiple substations, advanced RO units, booster pump stations, and distribution hubs, the project ensures a sustainable and continuous water supply to the Jafurah Gas Plant (JFGP). The project scope covers intake, treatment, distribution, and performance testing, positioning JFDP as a critical enabler of Saudi Arabia’s long-term gas strategy.
